Clear. Steady. Unified.
Advisory for couples building a business and a family together.
You didn't build this business alone — and the decisions don't happen alone either. They happen in the car on the way home, in the gaps between meetings, in conversations that start about the business and end up somewhere more personal.
When two people are running a business together, the relationship between them is the operating system. How you communicate, how you decide, how you handle pressure and difference — that's not separate from your business strategy. It is your business strategy.
And it doesn't stop at the office door. The same dynamic shows up at the dinner table, in how you parent together, or how your team experiences your leadership.
The couples I work with aren't short on capability or commitment. What's missing is a clear view of the system they're in — the patterns that are running the show, the roles that have blurred, the conversations that keep circling without resolution.
I help you see the system clearly. And once you can see it, you can change it.
The relationship between you is the primary system. When it functions better, everything it touches functions better too.
Hi, I’m Anne.
I work with couples who are building a business together, and who want the relationship between them to be as strong as the business they're building.
My work is diagnostic before it's anything else. I help you identify what's actually happening in the dynamic between you — the patterns underneath the pressure, the places where your roles and values aren't yet aligned — and I help you build a clearer, more functional way of working together.
I bring 30 years of experience working with human behaviour, family systems, and business dynamics. I created the PEACE Method™ as a reliable framework for navigating pressure, communicating clearly, and making decisions you can both stand behind.
This isn't counselling. It's not coaching in the traditional sense. It's systems work — practical, clear, and built for people who take their business and their relationship seriously.
Featured on.
What changes when the system becomes visible.
When you can see the patterns clearly — in yourselves, between you, and across your business — things start to shift:
Decisions stop circling and start moving
Conversations become more direct and less loaded
Roles become clearer, so each of you knows where you stand
Pressure that used to spill between the business and home starts to have somewhere to go
You respond to each other instead of reacting
The way you parent together becomes steadier, because you're more aligned with each other
The clarity between you starts to show up in how you lead your team — people around you feel the difference
The dynamic between you becomes an asset, not a liability
This kind of change is quieter than people expect. But it compounds — and it lasts.
The PEACE Method™
The PEACE Method™ is the framework I created to help you understand what’s happening — in yourself and in your relationships — and respond with intention. It supports clearer communication, better decision-making, and agreements that actually hold.
PAUSE
Create enough space to respond instead of react.
EMPATHISE
Understand the other person’s perspective so thinking can return and conversations stay productive.
ASSESS
Identify what’s really going on beneath the behaviour or frustration.
CREATE
Build a workable plan together, not a top-down directive.
EVALUATE
Check in, refine the plan, and keep things moving forward.
How we can work together.

No. This is advisory. We focus on clarity, communication, self-leadership, and the relational dynamics influencing your decisions — in the business and at home. Many clients say it feels grounding and supportive, but it isn’t clinical or diagnostic.

Most clients choose a longer-term partnership because the work is relational, practical, and woven into real-life moments. The first step is always a 30-minute fit call — from there we explore what kind of support would be the best fit for you.
