I help owners, founders, and successors lead with calm, clarity, and collaboration—in business and at home—by uncovering what's getting in the way and building skills that hold under pressure.
I blend leadership advisory with the personal depth of coaching—kept grounded, practical, and non-therapeutic. After 20+ years in this work—and raising two kids to young adulthood—I created the PEACE Method™ to help you navigate hard moments, create agreements that stick, and make collaboration second nature.
I work online with clients worldwide and in person across Aotearoa New Zealand (and elsewhere) by arrangement.

HOW I HELP
I created the PEACE Method™, a practical framework for navigating conflict—whether you're dealing with your co-founder, your partner, or your kids—the same skills apply wherever life needs them
Pause: Regulate first. Before you can solve anything, you need to slow down, drop your shoulders, and create a little space so you're not acting on autopilot. I'll help you recognise when you're escalating and give you tools to respond instead of react.
Empathise: Acknowledge the other person's perspective and emotion without trying to fix or debate it. "It makes sense you're frustrated" opens the door to real conversation. When people feel heard, they can think clearly again.
Assess: Get curious about what's really going on. What's the problem that needs solving? What skills are missing? Instead of blaming character or intent, we look at what's actually hard here and what's getting in the way of the behaviour everyone wants.
Create: Collaboratively design a small, concrete plan that works for everyone. Who does what, by when, and how do we handle bumps? These aren't top-down directives—they're co-owned agreements that people can actually keep.
Evaluate: Check in, learn, and adjust. If the plan didn't work, we refine it—not the relationship. This light check-in rhythm is what keeps things from sliding back. Small, testable agreements compound into lasting change.

We identify patterns, build immediate skills, and create a short plan you can use right away. Many clients see noticeable shifts after just one session and decide from there.
ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
Deepen self-awareness, resolve recurring conflicts, and build lasting relational skills with regular sessions. The frequency and focus evolves based on what you need.

It depends on what you're working on and how much support you’d like to get there & stay on track. Most clients see noticeable shifts within a few sessions. This isn't open-ended work—we create clear goals, build practical skills, and set up a light check-in rhythm so the changes stick.

Most clients begin with a Diagnostic Sprint or focused session. It gives us both a chance to see if the fit is right and to create momentum quickly.

Both options are available depending on your location and preference. Virtual sessions work well for most people and give you flexibility. In-person sessions can be arranged as agreed upon in New Zealand or beyond.
